Our chocolate dipped biscotti (featuring farm fresh eggs from pasture raised hens from Nectar Hills Farm) are currently for sale at the Cooperstown New York farmer's market every Saturday, at the Nectar Hills Farm table.
The Cherry Valley Baking company was started by Richard Frasca, a world class chef who worked as a caterer to the motion picture industry. The company is currently lending its name to the organic baking of Robin Supak, who's specialty, chocolate-dipped organic biscotti, are very popular in Cherry Valley and Cooperstown. We can also ship vacuum-sealed biscotti!

Within reason, of course. Robin is also a cook at the Rose and Kettle Restaurant. She makes the deserts for the Rose and Kettle, including the popular fruit tarts and tiramisu.
If you have a need for baked goods (party, catered event, addiction to biscotti), just contact Robin and ask her if she can do it. Depending on her schedule, and advanced warning, she'll make it for you! She always uses as many local and organic ingredients as she can get.
